Nairi Siddiqi has over a decade of business and legal experience, with an emphasis in complex real-estate transactions, corporate transactions, construction, and contracts. Nairi received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and a Bachelors of Science with honors in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
Nairi has been instrumental in executing over 1 billion dollars in complex real estate, construction and finance transactions. Following graduation from law school, Nairi had the honor of serving a federal judicial clerkship, where she gained valuable skills in litigation and dispute resolution.
Nairi established her legal career in commercial real estate at a prestigious regional law firm in Orange County and later seized the opportunity to hone her transactional legal skills at a reputable large national law firm. Nairi also served as in-house counsel for one of the largest construction companies in the nation. Nairi combines her extensive business background and impressive legal experience to focus on the unique needs of each individual client.
